Return Conditions

You are required to keep the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, nicotine pouches and other consumable items cannot be returned once opened.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product via email or WhatsApp. After we confirm the return authorization, we will provide you with a return number and guide you through the return process.

Return shipping: Once you receive the return authorization, please follow the provided return instructions to send the item back. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

 

Refund Process

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
