About Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be displayed on the order page at checkout, along with the product price. Free shipping will be applied to orders over the specified amount. For addresses in remote or outlying areas (as defined by the carrier), free shipping is not available.

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped from the nearest warehouse to your location, and we will ensure that it reaches your address as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our greatest motivation!

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We will ship within 1-3 days after receiving and accepting payment. However, in special circumstances, such as waiting for product restocking or customer requesting an updated order, shipping delays may occur. Once the goods are shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number on the order page.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number when placing an order. If the address is incorrect when the goods leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered successfully. Incorrect addresses may result in the loss of shipping costs and the package will not be re-shipped. The package will only be resent once new shipping fees are paid.
